I’m looking for someone to rent a private room/shared bathroom in my home. House has been recently remodeled including the kitchen, floors, carpet, bathroom & windows. You will have access to kitchen & living room. House is equipped with AC/Heater, ceiling fan, laundry room. Private parking available in driveway for one vehicle. All utilities are included in price: gas, electricity, water, garbage & high-speed internet.

Located in beautiful Sonoma County in the heart of wine country. Located 10 min from Healdsburg & Santa Rosa. House is located near/walking distance to the Windsor Town Green Plaza: Oliver’s Market and fine dinning: taprooms/wine bars. Near N & S 101 freeway entrances/exits. 5 minute drive to award winning Russian River Brewery! (Pliny the Elder and Younger) 8min drive to Sonoma County Airport (STS) & SRJC Fire & Safety campus in Windsor. There is a bus stop near the home if you don’t drive.

Other roomie is in his 40’s and worked for Boys & Girls Club. He likes going on nature walks and hikes. Also enjoys sports.
