House is located near/walking distance to the Windsor Town Green Plaza: Oliver’s Market, fine dining, taprooms/wine bars. Near N & S 101 freeway entrances/exits. 5 minute drive to award winning Russian River Brewery. 10min drive to Sonoma County Airport (STS) & 8min drive to SRJC Fire & Safety campus in Windsor/SR. There is a bus stop in front of home if you don’t drive.
