Hi! I am an undergraduate student at Fordham University. I have a two bedroom, one bathroom, fully furnished apartment with one female fordham student roommate available to sublease for $1300 per month starting end of August. It is fully furnished, kitchen equipped, and utilities included. Please reach out if you are interested!
The apartment is located on Hughes Ave between East Fordham Road and 189th Street right next to Fordham University Rose Hill in the Arther Ave Area. There is one bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment with the other bedroom occupied by my female roommate, who is also a Fordham student. The apartment is furnished and ready to be moved in.
