ou would be sharing the townhouse with 3 male professionals (early 30’s) who are respectful of privacy, not loud, and friendly sociable, and mostly enjoy the privacy of their own rooms. All 3 tenants have lived in property for over 2 years now with no problems or issues. The 3rd male tenant lives in private basement with own room, bathroom/shower, and living room with private entrance (only time you will run into him is when you’re doing laundry).
