Hello my dudes! I. I recently took my house off the market and I am looking for a roommate to help cover costs for about a year. (Possibly longer if I love renting) Lease terms are negotiable and move in date is asap. I am 32(m) I work late nights and sleep till noon. So you would have the house to yourself most weekdays. I co own a wonderful 1 1/2 year old golden retriever named Pippa .(like the princess not the pig) dogs are welcome pending an interview. She is ridiculously submissive so I don’t expect any issues. I don’t have big expectations except that you pay rent on time, keep a clean house, and communicate clearly. Rent is 900 everything included. If this sounds like your jam shoot me a message!

Its just me(32m) and my dog Pippa(1.5F) who I co own so she wont be there 100% of the time. I’m a water bender (Bonus points if you are ATLA fan) so I’m pretty go with the flow and I find a comfortable place in most social situations. I avoid drama and try to cultivate serenity. On my weekends You can just as easily find me in the backyard by the fire pit as out at a karaoke bar for the night. Work days are pretty much eat, work, sleep, and repeat with a little bit of video games thrown in when I have time.
