If any one needs short term rental for 2.5 months let me know ASAP. I have a master bedroom with attached bath available from 08/16 to 10/31. My current contract of job will get over on 10/31 and I will move after that. You can continue the lease by getting some one else or look for another stay meanwhile. Currently I am paying 2100 and you will be paying only 1700 for two months including all utility and net and you will stay free for first 15 days of august.

I am working with State of Nevada as software engineer. My wife and 2 yo kid will be travelling out of state for next several months and by the time they come back I will have new job at new place. I am always busy in learning something, or watching good movies or documentaries.
