About the room
In this townhome, you would get the entire basement to yourself! This includes a living room, your own private room, and bathroom. The laundry is down there under the stairs so that would be the only time we would need to go down there! Rent would be $1150 + utilities. Utilities are around $50. We are looking for someone to move in starting beginning of July, and the lease is a year long. (Pictures are a bit old, but we have lived here for 7 months now!)
About the roomies
We are both fun 22 year olds working in Boulder! We enjoy being social but also enjoy just hanging out and watching reality TV/movies. We are also both allergic to cats so preferably no pets or just dogs!
