North Platteville Boulevard East

I designed my own house to have it have an area for a roommate. It’s a single level with wider doors for wheelchair accessibility. No steps, private front door with a covered patio. It has a small refrigerator-freezer with a small pizza oven and microwave and a foldout bench coach for an occasional guest. It’s on an acre lot with the closets Neighbor is about 250 yards away. A covered back patio with a gas grill. I have 2 large friendly dogs and 2 friendly cats. The road in front of my house is paved.

I’m the only person living in my house 64 and basically retired just wanting some causal conversation and added passive income. I’m a male from northern Colorado born and raised basically in Boulder County until I built my house and moved in about 18 months ago. I don’t drink or do any type of drugs and would appreciate that from a roommate.
