About the room
This house is very close to CPP, Mt. Sac. It is only a couple of blocks away from the Shoppes and Costco. It is close to Freeway 71, and 60. It is in a very safe, beautiful, quiet col de sac next to Grand Ave Park. This room is about (12x10) and it is upstairs. There are plenty of parking spaces. The house has lots of natural lights with high ceiling. It is about three thousand square feet. Lots of space you can relax and call it home. The neighbors are nice. New painting too, inside and outside. The house is fully furnished with washer , dryer, fridge and furniture.
About the roomies
There are four girls live there now. Two are CPP students, two are working young ladies. They are very nice, respectful and clean. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS. NO Parties.
