Hi! We are looking for a housemate or couple to rent a large upstairs master bedroom, located in a gated residential community near the Costco in Woodland. You will have a large room with full private bathroom and large walk-in closet, plus access to the laundry room and a spacious kitchen and living room area.

Things to Note: -Available September 1, 2022 -Rent - $1085/month, plus utilities split equally between all housemates (Usually ~$70-$90 apiece) -Security deposit - $750 upon move-in -AC/Heater available -HE Washer/Dryer available upstairs -NO Smoking, 420, or drugs of any kind -1 Year Lease goes through August 31, 2023, with option to renew (September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024 -Looking for someone responsible, respectful/considerate of other roommates, quiet, and prompt with paying rent/cleaning up after themselves in common areas -References may be requested

Other housemates sharing the communal spaces are Amy, Bobby, and Kai; everyone is very friendly and generally keeps to themselves.
