Room is a decent size with attached bath, it’s a shared bath when guests are over but it’s rare.

I’m a gay male living on my own with a small dog, she’s very friendly. I’m home a lot currently but do go to work when needed. The house does have a pool, nice to take a dip on a hot day. I’m a pretty laid back person, just ask that you keep the house and your space clean. The house is very well kept and looking for someone who very clean as well.
