Shared rent is negotiable 7-900. Near trails, sfcc, and downtown. Very nice. Lots of space, your own parking (2), balcony. Washer/dryer, a/c, kitchen, shared bathroom, and a few options on how to divide the space. There’s room for yoga and meditation. Please no pets of your own. Plants are very welcome (as long as they are non toxic to dogs). No smokers/no smoking.

There’s me, and a dog. I like cooking and trying out meal ideas. Nature and books. No heavy smells or perfumes, (including some essential oils like lavender) (due to dog’s allergies, a little bit is okay).
