Hi All, My place has 3 rooms with private bathrooms available for September 1st and I’m looking for people to join our home in Spring Garden! Our house is a 6 Bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a very spacious townhouse. We will live in 5 girls (seems a lot but the house is huge and we all have different schedules, most of the time we don’t see each other in the house. About the rent, it will be $960 per person and utilities normally around $50-70. House has a spacious kitchen, awesome deck, key pad entry, central A/C and heat and in-unit laundry. Located on a safe, quiet street in Fairmount, between spring garden and Fairmount ave, with a lot of bars and restaurant around, 3 grocery shops, and gyms in the neighborhood. Public transportation very accessible, 10 min. Walk from center city and Philadelphia Art museum.
