About the House: Beautiful 1913 Craftsman home in Woodland Park neighborhood. 5 bedroom, 2 bath (you would be sharing a large bathroom with 2 other people). Available room is 9’4“ x 11’12“. 1 year lease, room available immediately, looking for female or NB tenant. Rent is $1050 a month plus utilities (~$100/pm). Near Woodland Park and Green Lake. Home features includes air conditioning, a lovely sauna, upstairs balcony, 2 living rooms, W/D, Dishwasher, garbage disposal, decorative fireplace, and unfinished basement for storage. Tenants are good friends with the landlord.

Haleh: 25, works in marine biology research. Loves hiking, running, snorkeling, reading, and pub trivia. In love with the sea and will tell you fun nature facts.

Erin: 31, works on sustainable agriculture and food justice. Like the outdoors and ecology: camping, hiking, backpacking, biking, bugs. Also into climbing, cooking with friends, board games, reading, and occasionally crafting.

Anna: 28, works in animal welfare. Enjoys all things related to animals and spending time in nature (e.g. birdwatching, hiking, paddle-boarding). Into the performing arts (dance, theatre, music), reading, and board games. Aspiring gym rat.

Katherine: 28, working on becoming a licensed architect. Loves hiking, camping, walking around the city to see cool buildings and urban places, visiting museums, playing the trumpet, and The Sims. No matter the day or time, always down to play board games.

Pippin (Cat): 8 year old neutered male. Loves food almost as much as he loves Anna. Chill dude who likes to snuggle and go for walks on his harness. Thinks plants are food (they are not).

Fiona (Cat): 3 year old spayed female. Spunky and talkative. Obsessed with Katherine. Wants to play 24/7, would love to play fetch with you.

While we have cats, we are not currently looking to add any more pets to the household.

Activities We Do Together: Roommate dinners, game nights, movie/tv show nights, walks in the park, outdoor adventures (camping/hiking/backpacking/kayaking/etc.). We also love putting on themed parties and have weekly D&D nights. There’s no pressure to join in on anything, we just have a lot of fun together.
