Right in one of the best spots in Ipswich. Just a 9 minute walk or a 3 min. drive to the T. on 2.5 acres neighbor on the right and open fields on the left between the Ocean and the Ipswich river quiet country road yet in four minutes your in town close to the train station town hall etc. Its just a really nice place to be. The house is one of those 8 room cottages you see while driving to the beach on the north shore of Boston great place to be after a long day at the office, work, etc.

Right now its just me I am a chef by trade sold my business a couple of years ago and got a job after we all could go back to work. I don’t smoke, drink, drug live a loud obnoxious life quite the opposite and would really like to be around like minded people who respect each other and enjoy being in a country setting with the city just minutes away by car or the T .
