Kiersten's room

This is a large open home, I’m looking to rent one of the rooms. It’s located on the north end of Stillwater in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s a standard bedroom and a restroom. The room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished if needed. I have an office space which is open for shared use as well. Listing says $700 but I am willing to reasonably work with your budget. *Dog friendly with the condition that they are well behaved.

I will be the only other person living in the home. I’m 32, unmarried, no children. I’m laid back, easy going, tidy and organized. I own a couple of small businesses in town so I am frequently in and out of the house. In my free time I like to play golf, tennis and pretty much any other active or outdoor activity. I enjoy cooking and I’m always happy to cook for others! I do often host small get togethers (food and games, nothing crazy). I currently have no pets but I will be getting an Irish Setter puppy in November.
