Old Augusta Road

Hello folks! I have a nice little house off Augusta Rd the neighbor hood is very safe and only 8 minutes away from downtown Greenville. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and has a dining room, living room and kitchen.

I am a laid back guy who is pretty active working, hiking and walking my dog. So far it’s only me and my dog (golden retriever) right now (and a current roomate who is moving out mid November) and I am looking for another person to join the crew. I am pretty clean and try to keep the house in good condition. Feel free to ask me anything. I am an open book.
