Hello! I am renting the extra I have available in a 3bd 2 bath home with a huge open living space, kitchen and back yard. Two car garage and driveway etc. which is shared. The bathroom is in the main hallway but would be 99% for renter. Everywhere is is shared. First month and security deposit and a month to month agreement. Look forward to meeting with you!

I’m a professional and work in education. I do have two daughters 12 & 8 who are with me every other weekend and school breaks. Both are awesome kids and well behaved. Female is preferred only because of my daughters and co parenting agreement. Anything else ask!
