This will be a private room with private bathroom in a 4 bedroom 2 story house in a nice neighborhood of Temecula close to the 15 freeway. Lease has been signed but waiting for move in date. wanting to secure roommate and be ready by move in date. if you have any question please feel free to send a message.

2 female roommates in their twenties, both working and responsible but pretty easy going. there will be a 2 1/2 year old residing at the house as well 4 nights a week. overnight guests also okay as long as respected. full access to house, laundry, kitchen, etc. :) again please message for any more questions.
