Private bedroom (can be lightly furnished or unfurnished) with private bath in an (approximately) 2400 sq. ft. house. The house sits on about 1/3 acre lot in a nice, quiet St. George neighborhood located off River Road in the 84790 zip code area. It’s less than one & a half miles to St. George Regional Hospital.

Applicant will be required to provide a current Credit Check, Premium Background Check & ID Check, preferably through Roomies, before seeing the accommodations. No smoking of any kind allowed in the house or on the property. Rent includes gas, electric, water/trash utilities, central heating & air, lawn care, pool service & pest control. The bedroom is average size. The bathroom is a private, full bathroom. Both bedroom & bathroom are located in the back corner of the house. There’s an interior, sliding pocket door that separates the main part of the house from a small hallway that leads to the bedroom, bathroom & a private exterior door that opens to a fully fenced backyard with a full size, in-ground swimming pool, covered patio, bbq, trees & small lawn.
*Pool, patio, bbq, yard use, kitchen, laundry privileges & one parking space in the driveway (or possibly in the garage) can be negotiated with serious applicants.

We are a recently retired, married couple. We split our time between St. George, Southern California & Northern Utah. We have family in the St. George area, Northern Utah & Southern California. They are common visitors. We have dogs & an indoor house bunny.
