Each room $600 plus split utilities. 5 bedroom 4 bath house. 2 bedrooms occupied. 3 (unfurnished) bedrooms with 2 baths available. WiFi, water, smart tv provided. Family rooms, kitchen, loft furnished/stocked. Photos with furniture coming soon! Walking distance to Uncg. On site parking (back of house).

My husband and I live locally (to assist) . We have 3 children in college. 2 will be living in this house. One goes to Uncg and other will be transferring in Spring. There will be a non shedding dog there. No other pets allowed. There are 3 rooms upstairs available with shared bath. An additional full bath is downstairs that could be used. Other bedrooms have baths en-suite (both occupied).
