Daniella's room

The apartment is a big 2 story with entrance on the first floor. I sleep in the room downstairs and roomie will have the master bedroom which is the only thing on the top floor, very private. There is a private bathroom with a tub shower and 1 big closet. The room has a queen size bed with a brand new mattress. There’s also a dresser and 2 night stands. The common area is the great room with a full kitchen and a tv room with a comfy sectional. The TV is loaded with Netflix and Hulu. There’s washer and dryer inside the apartment that roomie can use. There’s a club house in the complex with a small gym and pool that roomie can have access to. Parking is on the street and there’s always spots open. I am 1 block from the US1 on one side and about 3 blocks from the Redlands on the other side. There’s a bus station 1 block away. The closest Publix, a Walmart Supercenter, Burger King, McDonalds, CVS, Walgreens are all in the same area about 8 mins away by car. I am also about 12 mins away from Southland Mall in Cutler Bay.

I am the only person living in my apartment. I have 2 friendly dogs, so the roomie will have to be pet free due to the property management rules. I am 50 going on 30. 😂 I am laid back and outgoing, I do not act my age at all, but sometimes I like to be into myself. I work from home in my bedroom downstairs so I’ll be working in there for 8 hours a day M-F. I love cooking, but don’t cook too often since I’m by myself. I am very clean and organized and I like to keep the place neat.
