2-bedroom apartment without laundry hookups. Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Hi. Just moved to Somerset, KY a month ago and have mobility issues, so thought I’d check to see if there was anybody looking to share a place at a reasonable rate in exchange for helping around the apartment from time to time (carrying in groceries, keeping kitchen tidy, etc.). I’m a retired University professor of 59. Very easy going.
