Large basement bedroom with small walk in closet. Not furnished. Entrance through the backdoor. Shared basement bathroom and laundry. Shared kitchen upstairs. Home is on the edge of the hilly southside of Des Moines. Outdoor cameras. On street parking.

A pool and hot tub is available for everyone’s use. Someone is in the pool most days in the summer. I have a few larger gatherings throughout the summer including July 4th. We do not go late into the night.

No smoking. Not cannabis friendly. No pets.

I am the only person living here at this time and have space for 2 roommates. I do daycare right above this room, so prefer someone who works or is gone during the weekday. I’m generally gone or in my room outside of daycare hours, so the house is pretty quiet evenings and weekends (except pool season!). Most of my cooking is done during the day. There is a little space in the fridge for each roommate.

I have 2 indoor cats, so no other pets will be in the home.
