Home will be shared with a retired female. Non-smoking home but OK outside away from house (pick up butts, please). She does the yard work, you help with chores. Loves football! Ask about the racehorses she raised. Very good with color and a great decorator. A 30’s vet is in the room down the hall. A 50’s airplane painter is in the other room. Both are respectful, clean, hardworking with no drama.
