Move in ready. Room includes refrigerator, microwave, twin bed (potentially queen bed), futon, smart TV and storage furniture piece. No kitchen. You have a private parking space and bathroom.

Rent includes water, electric, and internet. We will set up a router for you at the commencement of the lease. Note data consumption will be capped at 600gbs per month, however there will be leniency if household consumption stays under a TB.

No couples. Small pets may be allowed but has fee to be discussed.

A/C is set to be between 69 to 72 degrees.

Room can be presented starting Aug 21. Room ready on Sep 15 but can attempt to make ready a week or two before.

Main neighbor will be the owner of the home. Female retiree will occupy the main house
