Vincent's room

Looking to rent out the spare bedroom in my apartment (not furnished). We would be sharing a bathroom, but the complex is in a great community that is 10 miles from downtown, about 17 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, and minutes from the Outlet Mall or Entertainment district. Amenities include 24/7 emergency maintenance, 24/7 laundry facilities, water, trash, and pest control. Electric, gas, and wifi would be split right down the middle!

I recently graduated from High Point University and am brand new to the Charleston area! I am going to be working over in Mt. Pleasant and enjoy hanging out with friends, going to the gym, watching sports, and making music. Looking for someone easy-going, organized, and close in age (’20s-’30s).
