2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 975 sqft apartment located across the street from San Diego Mesa College. Comes with a private bedroom and bathroom. Apartment is unfurnished but is renovated. Each room has spacious closets. It is on the first floor of the apartment complex. Does not include AC but AC vent units are allowed. Does not include washer and dryer but the complex does have a laundry facility for residents and a community pool. Security deposit will be needed to rent the room. Note: The private room rent is higher due to it being private and having a sperate private bathroom as well.

Noami and I are the roommates, we are both 18 and are both students. We are friendly, respectful and clean people. We like concerts and doing other such activities.
