I am a 30 year old veteran. My wife, 2 children, 2 dogs, and I live in the big house in the front. The apartment in the back is vacant. There are two bedrooms. Whether its just you, a roommate, or you and your family this cozy apartment is up to date and ready for you. We are a family, and we encourage families to apply but single people are allowed also. No pets due to the fact that I own 2 lovely dogs already. Again this apartment is separate from the home that my family and I live in. The whole apartment is for rent, whether you want the place to yourself or have a roomie the choice is up to you. My neighborhood is very quiet and very safe and I intend to do my part to keep it that way. On occasion you can party on the property, with that being said, if you feel the need to throw parties frequently then this is not the place for you.
