Approximately 10 minutes from Bard and Rhinebeck. $1200.00 monthly fee includes use of all living spaces, utilities, heat, internet, snow removal, grass cutting, and garbage pickup. Washer and dryer in the finished basement. Recommendations a must and $1200.00 Security Deposit. Furnished private bedroom with option of having private bathroom. Off street parking. 1 indoor friendly cat. Incredible views and lots of nature. Quiet non smoking home.

I’m a professional and work from home. I’m a private and quiet person. I like to socialize but also very content with quiet time. Due to working at home, I need privacy during the week day. Ideally looking for a month to month professional person in need of a temporary stay. My home is my sanctuary but am open to sharing it with someone who will appreciate and respect both my home, my property and myself. I love music, photography, bike riding, going for walks, snowshoeing, antiquing and wineries. Would enjoy having someone around in the evening who might like to hang out on the deck, take in the view, enjoy a glass of wine and visit. I follow COVID precautions so if not vaccinated and boosted this probably would not be a good fit. I also do not do any kind of drugs so that would be prohibited in my home.
