Nigel's room

I have a nice wood floored vacant bedroom in my apartment. The room has a walk in closet with a mirror wall. I currently use the room as extra closet space/home office. It is across from a nice sized bathroom (we will share) and washer dryer unit as well. There’s are 2 pools on-site with 24/7 gym access. The unit was newly renovated before I moved in this year so there are new/updated appliances in the unit. I work from home during the day and a second job in the evenings a few times a month. This is a temporary move in but if everything goes right I’m more than willing to let you stay until the lease is up in February. The property is about 15 min from downtown, 10 min from the stadium, and 10 minutes from Avondale.

I am a 26 year old male who works from home in the day and I have a part time job in the evenings every so often. I ride a motorcycle so I try not to drive as much during the hot summer time. I’m a very easy going friendly guy who does not have a trillion rules. Just be respectful of me and the property and please be clean. Other than that, we can share the common spaces. (excluding food). The neighbors in the building are friendly. Need the room taken ASAP.
