You will have your own room on the opposite end of the apartment. You can use the kitchen and living room whenever you want. Obviously the bathroom too. There are granite countertops in the kitchen and a big bathroom. You will have your own closet and your own space. Furniture is not included. I have some kitchen things like pots and pans and plates, so if you don’t have anything right away that’s fine. The landlord is great and he allows cats if you have any. Heat and hot water are included. You will just have to pay half of the gas, electric and wifi, which usually comes out to about an extra $100 a month. The apartment is close to downtown Albany. There are many restaurants and bars right down the street. There are also a lot of bus routes in the area. It’s close to Walmart and other grocery stores, great for doordash and uber.

Hi, my name is Tessa and I’m 24 years old. I will be the only other person living in the apartment. I am a PCA at Albany Med and I work overnights so I am up all night when I’m not working. I work full time so I’m only up all night two days a week. I play a lot of video games, but the rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, so you won’t hear me much with the doors closed. I sometimes have friends or family over, but I will let you know before I bring anyone over. I look forward to meeting you:)
