About the room
I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed, 1 bath townhome in a safe area of cuyahoga falls. It is $500 rent per person, plus $50 in utilities. Rent begins early September. The townhome has a full basement, as well as washer and dryer hookup. A/C, patio, and trash removal are all included. I have a bunch of furniture I plan to bring as well!
