I live in the surburb of clear lake city it’s between Houston and Galveston perfect location for work or school college , I live here with my 2 small dog ’ s , your bathroom is just one step from your room . Room has a mini fridge for sodas snacks , room has 43 inch smart tv . A queen size bed . I do have occasional family members or friends over I will give you a head’ s up when they are expected . Apartments are always noisy , it doesn’t matter if they are very nice . Still . There are noisy trashy residents . This quiet room so much better and cheaper . All bill ’ s paid !
