Savannah's room

I have a single bedroom available in my duplex, near Walmart. Private room, and shared bathroom. There is a small amount of garage space available and a small backyard.

I am 23 and a college student, I would prefer someone with similar mindset, and who is respectful of common areas. I like to keep the kitchen clean as I like to cook. I have a dog, he gets along fine with other dogs but no cats or children. I enjoy outdoor activities as well as doing art. Really just looking for someone who will pay the rent on time and do their part in keeping the house in good shape.
