Wimpole Drive

Hey I’m looking for a roommate to move in with me in Antioch, Nashville. It’s a 3 bed, 1 bath house with a big yard. It’s $2100 a month. The 3rd room is smaller so I typically use it for storage and as a guest space, so primarily looking for a single roommate. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown and midtown, and is off of 24 and briley parkway

My longtime friend and current roommate has to abruptly move back to our hometown GA and has left me very little time to find a replacement or new place. I would prefer staying here, but am open to looking into a new spot.

I have a 2.5 year old pup that loves to play and eat half of my food, he does bark occasionally when people come to the door and loves to jump to get to our height. He’s a sweetheart that has never injured anyone in the many different places he’s lived and visiting as we travel. He sleeps with me under the covers to give an idea to his sweetness.

The place comes furnished everywhere except where your bedroom would be, including washer and dryer provided by the landlords. I’ve bought a couch, tv, wine cabinet, table and chairs for interior use. I also have a plastic table and chairs for the large deck and a wooden bar out there. There is also a work station/small barn type thing in the backyard that I don’t use.

The basement is rented out separately, but is now a friend of mine as well. We don’t have access to each others spaces.

I like to go out and work on broadway, but I also enjoy spending mornings at home with my pup and going on walks. I’ve very social and would prefer someone I’d get to talk to more often than not. If you have any other questions, ask away!
