I prefer clean, respectful and polite roomie. You will have full access to the entire home and your company in the main areas of the house is most welcome. I prefer someone sociable and open-minded. I work full-time and go to bed early because I get up at 4am for work. The rent is very low because I ask for your assistance with my dogs and keeping the house clean. No heavy cleaning, just help with dusting, vacuuming and picking up after yourself. This is also negotiable.
