Hello, Im looking to sublease a room in my 2 bedroom X 2 bathroom very spacious apartment starting May 1st, 2024. The apartment is in upper hollywood hills, very friendly, lots of greenery, hiking, and local markets nearby. The complex has on-site laundry, a heated pool, dish washer, high speed internet and cable. The entire apartment is fully furnished and ready to enjoy, aside from the bedroom. Shared parking space available + plenty of parking in front and back of building. A huge patio, with back entrance to apartment.

I’m looking for a working professional, friendly, very clean, and respectful roommate. All utilities are included in price. if interested and meet the criteria, I’d love to hear from you. My landlord will be doing a background check, and I will need proof for employment check stubs.
