I have a spare room in an older house located in Ardmore, Winston Salem. Nice walkable area, close to downtown and Hanes Mall Blvd. House is furnished with a boho aesthetic. Spare room has a closet and one window and located directly next to the living room. You’re welcome to paint (with approval) and make the room your own. Wifi, water, electric, & heat all included in your rent.

I currently live here by myself with my two fur babies, Omar & Niko. I work during the day and usually go to the gym after work. I enjoy watching tv, playing music, cooking, and having beers occasionally. I like a clean neat area but also know that life gets busy sometimes and am used to messy room until my OCD kicks in and I go on a full cleaning rampaged. Niko & Omar are two boy cats and love attention. Niko is your typical house cat, lays around and eats all day. Omar loves to play and isn’t a big fan of men.
