Looking for someone to take over a spot in my 2 bed 1.5 bath Grad Hospital/Point Breeze rowhome. This is really a great spot and I hope that I can find someone to take over the other bedroom so I don’t have to give it up!

Available September 1st (flexible move in): Rent is $1825 total, so you’d pay $913/mo plus utilities (which usually come out to about $50 a month; water is included in the rent). House is nicely updated with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer and dryer in separate laundry room upstairs by the bedrooms, hardwoods throughout, full sized unfinished basement, and nicely sized patio with a small garden in the back.

Place is completely furnished and equipped (with the exception of your room) so would be an easy move in. Must be a young professional/student, be able to pass a credit/background/income/rental history check with the landlord, be neat and respectful of the common spaces and items. No pets.

25 y/o working professional and 1st year master’s student; graduated from Delaware in 2019 and have been living in Philly since.

Like to go out on the weekends and the occasional Thursday but am pretty tame otherwise. Interests include cooking, running, hiking, historic architecture and urban planning, and generally being social and with friends.

I take pride in maintaining my space and keeping things super neat and tidy so would want someone who is on the same page or at least respectful of that. LGBTQ friendly a must.
