Welcome! I live in a new home, less than two years old, in a quiet subdivision about four miles from I59. Approximately 8 miles to Gulf Shores beach. My home is a 3/2 split floor plan. Zero entry/no steps. (A second furnished bedroom is available for those interested in teaming up, or if you just want extra space. Rent for both bedrooms is $1200 per month. Bathroom will then be shared.) Laundry room, living area, dining area and kitchen will be shared areas. Small covered patio is available to you, as well.

I’m 62 years old. Clean and fairly neat. I don’t get excited about the “lived in” look. Just be respectful. I work three to four 12 hour day shifts each week. I’m very get-alongable. Let’s be honest and keep communication open. Non-smokers only.
