Greetings. I have a furnished private room with private bath available for rent in my 2 bedroom condo at Skyline/Campbell. What I love about living here is how beautiful and quiet it is. The large back patio looks out on to Pushe Ridge and the whole complex has mountain views in every direction. In addition, it is a very safe neighborhood that feels a bit rural, yet is walking distance from shopping. The room I am renting has a queen bed, 2 dressers, a cozy recliner, desk and chair and a walk-in closet. The private bath has tub/shower combo. There are no laundry fees or dragging clothes anywhere as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will have your own fridge. Common area is open concept. Living room has fireplace and large screen TV. Off street parking is available. The community has a swimming pool, tennis courts, exercise room, and walking trails with great views. Rent is $950.00 and includes wi-fi, and all utilities. Security deposit is $950.00. No pets, no drama, and no tobacco allowed. I am a mature woman who owns 2 businesses and who works from home, so quiet is necessary. I am introverted and keep to myself, but too, I am friendly and enjoy good conversation. I prefer someone who works outside the home or is going to school. Proof of income and references are required.
