About the room
PLEASE READ FIRST I have a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath house in the West End. I will be leaving before November 13th and you will be taking over the lease which runs until February 28th in which case you can just renew it for another year. My current roommate TJ will be staying. He works nights and is very quiet. The house is 8-10 minutes away from all the best parts of Charlotte and walking distance to the light rail. Very quiet neighborhood, but close enough so you aren’t in the burbs.
About the roomies
TJ is quiet and stays in the smaller bedroom, but you split everything 50/50. You will be taking over the master bedroom. He works nights and is very quiet and clean.
