Room is a decent sized bedroom with closet and overhead lighting. Desk and wall shelves are included to use as well as a large ikea Kallax shelf for all your storage needs. Only furniture not provided is a bed! Internet has already been hard-wired into the room if a personal computer requires hookup, otherwise wifi is also present.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, with a small outdoor patio space for sitting with outdoor plants (ground floor). In-unit laundry is included. Water, sewer, garbage bill included in rent. Internet included. Portable AC unit is in the living room; able to survive heat waves!

Kitchen is fully stocked, happy to share all small appliances such as air fryer, coffee maker, stand mixer, etc.

Apartment complex has trailhead access to Chehalis Western Trail, seasonal outdoor pool, fitness center, and Amazon hub lockers. 5 minute drive for I5 access, close to major department stores and shopping, quiet community tucked away with surrounding trees and landscaping. One covered parking spot is assigned to the apartment, able to rotate use for convenience. Non-covered parking is abundant and accessible.

The apartment complex will require you to apply for this apartment on their official portal, and the application fee is $42. I’ve listed $42 as the deposit above to warn about this up-front cost I will not charge you a deposit. Unfortunately I do not have influence to their approval but this is required to add you onto the lease.

Able to accomodate 1 pet, apartment has a 2 pet limit and I currently have a small kitten, apartment does not allow exotic pets such as reptiles without a therapy animal paperwork submission.

I’m a 26 year old individual who’s got a 4 month old kitten that loves everyone! If you have a cat of your own please ensure they are comfortable with another kitty, Taco the kitten will want to make friends and keeping them separate will not be easy.

I’m currently serving an eight year Navy reserve contract and may get called away for additional duties outside of monthly drill weekends. I work full time at the moment and also do side jobs when I have the opportunity.

I do my best to keep the apartment clean and (mostly) small chores are completed daily. Would enjoy an accountability buddy to rotate major chores.

I enjoy a lot of art and videogames in my spare time. Have a few houseplants, a giant fishtank (it’s a bit loud in the living room so if you’re good with white noise it’ll be fine! Otherwise could be overestimating if water noises are a problem).

I’ve lived alone for quite some time and have acquired enough items to provide a fully furnished living space without additional supplies. Happy to share most items as long as you’re kind to wear and tear.

If you’re unable to acquire a bed prior to moving in the couch does convert into a full-sized bed, however it’s in the living room and not the most comfortable.

I originally rented this apartment with a different job and after some recent events I cannot easily afford it alone, this room used to be a home-office!
