We have 1 private bedroom & 1 shared bathroom with 1 girl available for rent in fully furnished 3 bed/2.5 bath bigger size townhouse (with big nicely maintained backyard) in Fremont (Irvington School district). Currently our family, four members (me, my husband & 2 kids, daughter moved out to college in August) are using one Master BR/bath, and we are looking for 1 female paying guest for the vacant room. The townhouse is located at the junction of Fremont blvd & Carol Ave and the bus service is available just outside the townhouse complex. Parking is available outside on street.
total rent will be 1000 rent + 100 utilities = total $1100.00
About the roomies
We are Indian family of 4 and my daughter is moving out to college so 3 of us will be staying in master bedroom n bath. Kitchen and living room is shared.
