Musulyn's room

This room is located in a 950 square feet, 2 BR apartment right in the heart of Brooklyn Park with neighboring cities (Crystal and Brooklyn Center) within 5 minute distance. The room is currently furnished ( fees not included, but depending on what you would like to keep I could sell for a discounted rate or give out). I made additional closet space by taking closet doors and mounted a wall rack. I also have a shoe shelf, a full size fairly new mattress, a Mounted TV with the option to unmount and use the TV stand, a mini cloth dresser, a student office desk and an XL full size industrial mirror. Amenities include, a balcony for smoking cigarettes (NO SMOKING INDOORS, MARIJUANA OR ANY OTHER DRUG IS NOT ALLOWED), access to the indoor pool, gym and sauna within the same building. The laundry room is two doors down from the apartment and uses a Bluetooth app to start the machines. Garage can be included for an additional fee. Looking for 6 months and if you want something more long term the option is up for discussion.

Senior 50+ lives in the master bedroom. Loves to cook, listen to music, watch TV and chit chat about politics or travel. Babysits during the day from 7am to 5pm.
