We’re looking for someone to move into the master bedroom, it’s a 3 bedroom townhouse in San Marcos. I live with 2 women. Townhome has a washer and dryer in the unit, AC, and heating. Stainless steel appliances and gas stove. The bedroom would be the master bedroom and is 14.5x10 with a private bathroom. Rent would be $1,200 + utilities. Utilities that are split: internet, SDGE, trash and water. Trash is billed every two months and the split cost for utilities is around $65-85 depending on usage and time of year.

The townhouse is located next to CSUSM in a gated community. There’s a central clubhouse with a gym, BBQ area, pool, Jacuzzi, and several small dog parks. The HOA maintains the community and overnight security.

We are 2 women and me . All three of us are very chill. We like to keep our place clean and hope you will too. We work and go to school M-F. We like to party, We do both wake up early for work.
