We are a large extended family operating a meditation retreat halfway between Athens and Palestine (in Bradford). We have one bedroom available to rent to ONE person in a huge 7-bedroom Spanish-style home (7 adult residents).

You must be clean, quiet, independent, and pay rent on time. Your room is furnished with a queen size bed and dresser. The rent is $450 per month. (+ Security Deposit of $200) = $650 to move in This room is ONLY available for ONE person. *Athens or Palestine, both only 20 minutes away.

Your room is on the first floor, down one flight of stairs. All utilities are provided including shared satellite internet (not suitable for gaming) You must be fully competent, fully independent, physically fit, and completely self-sufficient. You will need to have your own transportation.

Home shared with 7 people including owners… NO PETS or SERVICE ANIMALS…. no exceptions.
