We are looking for a VERY CLEAN oriented person that is 35 or over (no couples) that is a NON-smoker with NO pets for a month to month lease for a nice spacious 11’2“ x 11’9“ very quite lower-level furnished room with private shower only bathroom in a quiet neighborhood with off-street parking and walking distance to Milestone Center. Rent includes all utilities which includes Xfinity wi-fi plus DirecTV. Laundry room is on lower level. Full kitchen use on upper level. A $500.00 deposit plus first month’s rent is due when moving in. A copy of your driver’s license must be sent to us through text or email to do a FULL background check that is done by at no cost to you for security reasons which is a must prior to viewing the room. There is no cost to you. Do not apply if you are not willing to do the background check. References available if needed.

Currently we have 3 people in the home. My wife, myself and one other renter who rents a room on the upper level. We are very easy going and friendly. It is a very quiet atmosphere.
