Seeking one roommate! We have a room opening up in our Olympia home for august or before if needed. Rent is $732 and utilities run about $150-$200 bimonthly. Room is unfurnished and on the main floor, next to shared bathroom.

Our house is conveniently located on 4th Ave on the east side, so about a 10 - 15 minute walk to downtown and right next to a bus stop. We will privately screen you internally and get you set up on the portal, contingent on getting approved by our property manager.

We have one dog, black lab/border collie, and one longhair cat so no more pets please. Let us know if you’re allergic or don’t mind the hair!

Me and my other two roommates are queer, so seeking someone queer as well. Also want someone who is fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Covid conscious as I am immunocompromised. All of us are in our mid 20s, in different fields, but interests include home improvement projects, art, hiking, birding, chilling at home with the occasional excursions downtown or road tripping, etc. We’re all relatively low key but spend a good amount of time hanging out with one another and want this to be healthy/welcoming environment for you!
