Catherine G's room

I have a room in the house that is great for a lady with a bed, two chests, walking closet, microwave, small fridge, AC, fan, nightstand, lamp, table, and a chair. It has access to the laundry and kitchen if you desire to cook.

I would like a female tenant, no smoker, clean and kind person who keeps common living areas tidy to keep things organized. Also, I preferred a person that show manners when we meet and that we can have an open communication.
